Adequate shade or covering must be provided for the musicians during outdoor events, to avoid direct sunlight or unexpected precipitation.

Adequate Lighting must be provided for the musicians.

10-Minute Breaks are required by all musicians every hour only at functions longer than 1.5 hours.

Armless chairs are to be provided by the venue.  We provide everything else.

For functions longer than 3 hours, it is customary for the venue to provide refreshments.  Meals are never expected, but always appreciated.

A non-refundable deposit of half the amount is required to book our players for your event.

A transportation fee is required for events over 40 miles from our studio.
